The MSP® Foundation and Practitioner 5th Edition course provides a complete introduction to Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). It covers both the theoretical principles at Foundation level and the practical application required to pass the Practitioner exam.

This course is ideal for programme managers, project managers, senior responsible owners (SROs), change managers and professionals involved in delivering complex programmes.

The MSP® 5th Edition syllabus includes programme principles, themes, processes, governance, leadership, benefits management and how to apply MSP best practice in real-world scenarios.

The Foundation exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 60 minutes. It is a closed-book assessment.

The Practitioner exam is an objective testing assessment featuring 70 questions, with a time allowance of 150 minutes. This is an open-book exam, allowing candidates to refer to the official MSP manual throughout the assessment.
